The Concierge service fee will be presented to you as part of your free quote and is dependent on your travel request. We don’t charge any upfront fees. Instead, you pay the Concierge service fee after you have reviewed and accepted your flight proposal to unlock your flight report.
Note that when booking reward seats, you’ll be required to cover airline taxes and carrier charges, which we’ll outline in the flight report. We always strive to minimize these charges. Additionally, you’ll need to use your points to redeem the reward seats.

We’ll notify you via text message as soon as we find a suitable flight proposal. The proposal will include a preview of some details of your itinerary plus points and taxes required. Once you have reviewed and accepted the flight proposal, and paid the Concierge service fee, we’ll provide you with a personalised flight report that includes your flight itinerary, cabin and lounge experiences and booking instructions.
After accepting your quote, you can expect to receive a flight proposal within 2 hours to 5 business days, depending on the complexity of your itinerary and the quote option you have selected.

But award availability is limited and award seats are not released on all routes and airlines. If there is no availability on the airline/route you’ve requested, we’ll have to look at alternatives using partner airlines and/or other routes.
